High School (TYM)

TYM (Total Youth Ministry) is the Faith Development program for youth in 9th Grade through 12th Grade.

Our comprehensive program seeks to lead teens closer to Christ, connecting them to the life and mission of the church through their parish, community and relationships with others.   Through Mass, weekly catechetical sessions, service opportunities, retreats, leadership development, social events and community building, we work with the Holy Spirit to develop life-long followers of Christ.  

We also provide resources and opportunites for weekly bible study, prayer experiences with Eucharistic Adoration, Teen events, Summer Mission trips, a youth speaker series and small group discussions.

Our teens learn about the Mass by being "full, active and conscious" members of the St. Thomas More community.  Teens not only attend mass, but also serve in various capacities such as  leaders of hospitality, altar servers, lectors, musicians, vocalists and, when trained, extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist.

We meet on Sunday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  You can check the faith formation calendar for exact dates and times.
