Bulletin & Media Submissions
Please submit your publicity request by contacting our Coordinator of Communications directly at the contact information below. Submission does NOT guarantee publicity; our clergy, staff, and lead volunteers reserve the right to reject submissions for any reason. We will not run publicity for an event at STM without confirmation of location and time. If you have not scheduled your event on the parish calendar, please contact the parish secretary to schedule your event before advertising it. Please note that Mass Announcements are a separate request (see Mass Announcements for more information on how to submit a request). For all other media, submission deadlines are listed below.
Submissions will run for a maximum of two weeks on any four week period and should be limited to 50 words or less; longer ads may be heavily edited. We do not post personal ads. All submissions are subject to editing.
Deadlines:- Sunday Print Bulletin = Monday 2 weeks prior to the weekend you wish the submission to appear.
- Thursday E-Bulletin = 1 week prior to the week you wish the submission to appear.
- Website, Social Media = If event publicity &/or event registration is needed, 3 weeks prior to event date. General content updates can be made on a rolling basis.
- Narthex bulletin board reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
