Pat Grebe is an Associate Spiritual Director of the West Virginia Institute for Spirituality. She has a practice of individual spiritual direction, Group Spiritual Direction and silent retreats.
Pat’s ministry involvement at St Thomas More Catholic Church has included funeral planning, facilitating bereavement (Seasons of Hope and Surviving the Holidays), JustFaith, Engaging Spirituality, Lenten and women’s bible studies, and divorce support groups.
As a community volunteer, Pat has worked with UNC Hospice, Family Violence and Prevention Center, Pregnancy Support Services, and Chatham Co. ESL, GED and Citizenship Training.
Pat feels called to work with those who have suffered from divorce, depression, career loss, and other life challenges and who seek to partner with God to become whole and holy.
Pat’s career was primarily in Corporate Communication in the pharmaceutical industry. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from UNC-CH, a masters in liberal studies from Duke University and a masters in pastoral studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
Pat meets with directees at St. Thomas More parish in Chapel Hill and by Zoom.
