Mission Statement/Purpose The children’s choir is a vocal choir open to grades 2-12, through which they will receive the opportunity to learn proper vocal technique, basic music reading skills, and prepare songs to present as musical leaders at selected 5:15 pm Saturday and Feast Day Masses.
Major Accomplishments The Children’s choir plays a vital role in enhancing our community worship experience by preparing and presenting sacred songs at weekend and Feast Day Masses, both as a solo group and alongside the Celebration Singers and the Schola Cantorum.

Estimated Time Commitment for Volunteers The average commitment is 45 minutes for the rehearsal and about an hour for singing during the Mass.
Special Skills Members should have musical skills of singing in tune and matching pitch, and they must be able to follow directions. Music literacy is desired but not required; musical memory can be an acceptable substitute.
